This Privacy Policy explains how TinySeed Real Estate Media ("TinySeed," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit tinyseedrealestatemedia.com or contact us. We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver our services, and we do not sell your personal information.

Information we collect
We collect information in two ways:
- Information you send us. When you use our contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, company or brokerage, phone number, email address, property address, the service you're interested in, your preferred shoot date, your message, and whether you checked the optional text-message consent box. If you call, email, or book through our booking portal, we receive the information you provide there.
- Basic technical logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and questions
- To schedule, confirm, and manage photo, video, aerial, 3D tour, and floor plan shoots
- To deliver your media and manage your orders
- To send text messages, only if you opted in (see below)
- To keep our website secure and working properly
Contact form processing
Our contact form is processed by Formspree, Inc., a third-party form service. When you submit the form, your submission is transmitted to Formspree and then delivered to us. Formspree's handling of your data is described in its own privacy policy at formspree.io.
Text messages (SMS) — opt-in only
If you check the optional consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from TinySeed Real Estate Media regarding your inquiry, appointments, and requested services. The program works like this:
- Consent is opt-in only — the box is never pre-checked, and you can submit the form without checking it
- Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services
- Message frequency varies
- Message and data rates may apply
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out

We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We do not sell your personal information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (such as Formspree for form processing and our booking and delivery platforms), and only as needed to serve you, or where required by law.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and order information as long as needed to serve you and meet our business and legal record-keeping obligations, then delete or archive it.
Your choices and requests

Children
Our services are for real estate professionals and property owners. This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
