These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of tinyseedrealestatemedia.com (the "Site"), operated by TinySeed Real Estate Media ("TinySeed," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What this Site is
The Site provides information about TinySeed's real estate media services — photography, video, aerial/drone media, 3D tours, and floor plans — for Riverside and the Inland Empire. Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes. Service details, availability, and pricing are confirmed when you place an order or speak with us.
Booking and orders
Shoots are booked through our online booking portal at portal.tinyseedrealestatemedia.com, by phone, or by arrangement after you contact us. Orders placed through the booking portal are subject to the terms, pricing, and payment options presented in the portal at the time of ordering.
Service inquiries
Submitting the contact form or otherwise contacting us is an inquiry, not a booking. A shoot is scheduled only once it has been confirmed through our booking process. See our Privacy Policy for how inquiry information (including the optional text-message consent) is handled.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, design, graphics, and imagery — are owned by TinySeed Real Estate Media or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, republish, or use Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Rights in media we produce for clients (photos, video, 3D tours, floor plans) — including usage and licensing terms — are set out in the applicable order or service agreement, not by these Terms.
External links and third-party services
The Site links to third-party services, including our booking portal and form processor. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for third-party sites or services.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to breach its security, scraping it for spam purposes, submitting false or misleading inquiries, or using it in any unlawful way.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep the information on the Site accurate and current, we make no promises that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or current at all times.
Limitation of liability
